Matter of fact, not far from where this makeshift gym is a more upscale gym which has all professional gym equipment you'll find at your local GoodLife or LA Fitness. Furthermore, the gentleman who took this video is a lawyer who practice law in Accra and has access to top notch gyms, however, there's something about this place that fuels us like those other places can not. I discovered this place on ig via @kulbila_fitness and @africanbodybuildersavenue about 2 years ago and I made it a point to visit when I come to Ghana and words can not express how humbled I am to fulfill this wish.
