The cat hummed softly and a wide grin spread over his lips. "catnip you say~ hmmm I believe i can make that deal" he chuckled, arching his back as he stood from the shelf he had lounged on. "Ammare you say~ such a young life to rip from loving parents" a dark chuckle can be heard as Kar reaches out and snatches the toy out of the anons hand. "The deal is done"

With the toy in his mouth, Kat wandered behind a set of books and disappeared from view, appearing in the room of the sleeping grub. Ashoal was asleep next to her, though that didn't stop the spacial creature. With a leap and a bound, Kat had taken Ammare and disappeared back into the void.

Can you explain what a narrator is, in the context of roleplay? I can't wrap my head around the context and the times I've asked other people have been ignored. ;v;

well.... The best way I can explain it is a narrator is just like in your books or a movie. A voice outside of the cast that may or may not be a future iteration or someone else entirely.

My best example would be Romeo and Juliet. Yeah you have everything running smoothly but you have one person telling you the story and everything that goes on.

kannykat here is kinda a self insert/narrator to take place of me explaining things and to give just soft little fun pokes at certain things even though I've never really used him on the blog (no proper sprites lol)

Or to give characters a way to break the 4th wall and interact to get forward with the plot of something like in little misfortune (the point and click game)

Hey guys, I know I haven't really been around and I do apologize!

Within the past few months I've had people attempting to follow me to my car after work, people threatening my life, threatening my coworkers lives, so on and so forth.

As of 3/30/22 I officially have a new job lined up and will be leaving this hell hole!

And as of easter 2022, I will officially have a house all to myself! The world is becoming a brighter place for me and I am absolutely ecstatic over it all.

With that in mind, I may be coming on and off doing small things and mayhaps even forgetting to reply to certain threads. If that happens then feel free to poke me from time to time (just please not every day).

The blog will eventually get its proper makeover, my main characters will be blooming forth once more, and I do hope to see all of my friends there when I do manage to get back in 100% working order!!!

TLDR; Due to big things happening for me IRL I may be sporadic!

Element steps back into the library to check up on things. Apparently the drones he sent had gotten disconnected from the main hub and went a little wild. He had his suspicions for who could have caused that to happen, but thankfully Seeker was available to get the drones back under control. However, due to this incident Element thought it would be best if he- *spies Kannykat* "What the fuck is that? Is that a fucking cat? That's a weird looking fucking cat!"

"ah, well its good for you that im not a cat now isnt it? I'm not quite a cat, just like your robots arent quite alive. Yes they are there, they have some emotions and circuitry that cause them to seem as such, but just as they are beings, I am a cat"

I see ashoal is busy hunting down his daughter. maybe he wouldn't notice if I just grabbed his phone and hid it somewhere? let's try inside one of his daughter's toys! that'd be hard to find I think~
