Dark & Stormy - my take 2oz 105 Simonton Dark Rum >In my case RU229 Bottle 1/59 1/2oz of lime juice 3oz of Fever-Tree Ginger Beer Squeeze lime onto ice in a Hi-ball glass pour ginger beer into glass. Top with rum. Cheers, then taste the rum. Stir and experience the balance.
