one of many things I love about kansumi as a ship is that even if they do care about each other on some level (which imo they do to some degree) they will never be each other's priority (and nor should they be!) so it's kind of a self-limiting ship. even if it doesn't end in tragedy it will at least fizzle out or remain something self-contained that will never turn into some Grand Romantic Entanglement it'll at best be something that scratches an itch without ever fully satisfying either of them
