What are the chances of a list of species that can/cannot get tattoos/piercings, or of a grid, or something like that?
As far as I am aware, save for the Kaosto skin for tattoos and unwed Arcadian-Petraergo for piercings, if raised in the proper culture each species should have means to getting either a tattoo or piercing. There may be restrictions depending (such as a Petraergo's scales and a Nephidae's shell will have to be more like scarification which will have to be renewed every few months as they molt). I will research the data and if this proves to have a wide-array of diversity I will bring it to my superiors in getting something done, even if it is a mere notation in the Species Documents.
