I remember now..
I can remember who I once was that existed underneath this suit of armour that this worn body has bared for years. I have worn the amour for so long it consumed me, my identity lost behind a mask worn for protection. I only became a shadow lurking in the darkness forgetting that I was once even human. It is time to put away my katana, cover the mirrors because the war against myself I've been living in war. The war is over, the amour can come off, and my katana will no longer slay seeking for peace. Peace is in the trees where the wind blows, it is the crisp smell of snow in the air, and it is the air building my lungs. I want to weep because I can remember who I once was, lost under a heavy dream lost in the chaos and war.
