کراچی (جی سی این) کراچی میں پولیس موبائلوں اور بکتر بند گاڑیوں کی مرمت پرائیوٹ ورک شاپ پر ہونے کا انکشاف ہوا ہے۔ کراچی پولیس نے شہریوں کی سیکیورٹی پر سمجھوتا کر لیا ہے، پولیس کی موبائلیں اوربکتربند نجی ورکشاپس میں مرمت ہونے لگی ہیں۔ سچل گوٹھ میں پولیس موبائلیں ٹھیک کرنے والی ورکشاپ کا پتہ لگا لیا تو انکشاف ہوا کہ تھانے بلیک منی سے گاڑیاں نجی ورکشاپس سے بنوا رہے ہیں، ورکشاپ پر موجود موبائلوں پر سرجانی اور نیو کراچی تھانوں کے نام درج ہیں یعنی سرجانی ٹاؤن اور نیو کراچی، شہر کا ایک کونا اور یہاں کی گاڑیاں سچل گوٹھ میں پائی جارہی ہیں۔ اور تو اور ورکشاپ پر بکتر بند بھی موجود تھیں، ورک شاپ انتظامیہ سے معلوم ہوا کہ گرد میں اٹی پولیس کی گاڑیاں مہینوں سے یہاں کھڑی ہیں۔ دوسری جانب اعلیٰ افسران کا کہنا ہے کہ پولیس قوانین کے مطابق موبائل عام آدمی کے حوالے نہیں کی جاسکتی، پولیس کی گاڑیاں ٹھیک کرنے کیلئے محکمے کا اپنا ورکشاپ موجود ہے۔ تاہم یہ بھی درست ہے کہ عام ورکشاپ پر کھڑی پولیس موبائل کا مجرمانہ استعمال بھی ہوسکتا ہے لیکن پولیس کے محکمے میں بلیک منی سے کام کرانے کی یہ پہلی مثال نہیں ہے، بجٹ نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے محکمے کے اکثر کام اسی طرح بلیک منی سے ہونے کا انکشاف بھی ہوا۔ Read the full article
