So proud to represent my own sports club Kauhajoen Karhu (Marathon runners/Kauhajoen Maratoonarit) for the first time in #karhuviesti 2022! I’ve run Karhu relay before but not with my own posse 🐻💚. I am especially proud of our team @paulakiukkonen @lottahulkko_ (missing from the main photo) @ellamet16 and @minnaliisa where Paula and me were the actual marathoners and the rest of the team represented the bright future of running. We won our series! Everyone ran an amazing race! I was really happy on my time. I ran the last leg that was 10,5 km (4:29 min/km). After the past 3 months of flus and Covid I am really satisfied with this. Heart rate was not what my new coach @pasipaallysaho planned for me but that I knew to tell him already in advance.
