Karnesh doesn’t really run for and simply walks in front of the djinn in a steady pace. He turned around to face him and still walking. “I am just in the mood.”

There's something like a blink as he looks in the direction the krogan has run and then he simply sets off at a sedate pace, following. "We are quite lively today," he calls out in observation.

They have seen so little of each other lately, that he isn't certain if he would be interrupting anything or not, but it's in his nature to be concerned over such things. This is why he stands outside the krogan's apartment door waiting patiently after triggering the door announcer. He's certain everything is fine and other obligations have simply been keeping them both busy just as they had mentioned previously, but it is still always good to check for certain.
