Question: How does Ronald infiltrate Athena Sanatorium?

We know that William was able to perform various balancing (and other) acts... and prove he was talented as a circus performer.

Undertaker must not know Ronald is there, right? So, someone running the sanatorium had to make a decision to hire him/allow him to work there. Ada?

If it is Ada, then Ronald must have had to prove himself capable of being a physician.

If it’s not Ada who made the decision, then who knows what criteria are in place. This place has doctors from Karnstein Hospital, members of the Aurora Society. It could be that Ronald simply claimed to be a member of the Aurora Society. Maybe he recited their motto and did the Phoenix pose? Maybe he dropped a lot of money on the place as a bribe donation?
