@firewvlk — alexios & kassandra
alexios sighed as he glanced across the booth to his sister. a small town diner. how very mundane and modern of them. a far cry from deimos and the eagle bearer, as they were once respectively known. his old memories had all finally seemed to settle in his mind, but the new man he’d been since waking up in vegas two years ago was still very much a part of him. there was a certain balance now that he appreciated, and a bond between he and kassandra that probably wouldn’t have been possible in the old world. that was something to be grateful for. “aren’t you bored?” he asked, finally breaking the silence. “not just right now, but always. the twenty-first century lacks excitement. the templars don’t exactly compare to fighting a cyclops.”
