I always heard Kacchan as Kat-chan. But the eng subs said Kacchan and everyone else said Kacchan and all sources said Kacchan.
And then I read the german subs and fuck yeah, it got subbed as Kat-chan! I am not the only one!!
(Btw Katze is the german word for cat and it totally goes with catsuki :))
