Behold my brainchild and make it immediately! I call it a Katatouille tart. The base has sauteed onions and garlic, and a reduced chip shop style curry sauce. Then we have beautiful layers of veg roasted in coconut oil: turmeric courgettes; garlic salt aubergines; and cinnamon sweet potatoes.
