This wonderful singer/songwriter submitted to the blog late last year and I'm glad I checked her out!
Her EP "Soft Pink" is a fantastic little collection of heartfelt, personal songs that resonated with me upon my first listen.
These songs, like I stated before, sound very personal, Kate's voice carries each melody beautifully. It almost feels like she's just in the other room, singing to herself and not caring who else listens. Airy vocals and wonderful instrumental accompaniment make these songs work magnificently.
I highly recommend this EP. For fans of chanteuses such as Lorde, Ingrid Michaelson & Sara Bareilles.
