If You Could Be Anywhere Right Now: San Diego, so I would already be there and wouldn’t have to fly there on Friday. (I don’t mind flying at all, but flying from one end of the country to the other is time-consuming, and my kids are fantastic travelers but being the only adult with two kids on an airplane is tiring.)

Where Would You Time Travel To: No thanks, I’ve watched way too much sci-fi to mess with time travel. (Which reminds me, I’m currently watching Timeless and it’s excellent.)

long, overdue replies to my harry potter post:

you-wish-you-were-nerdy-like-us2 I wasn’t reading it at the time, but I was just in a harry potter mindset of “oh my god, they’d never place me in gryffindor and that’s okay, i am not one, but also how weird is that”. like, i felt selfish, but also it’s practical cause i’m of no use if i’m dead. i’m reading DH right now tho

katiedora we can do that together, bc i would not be the first to run out, wand aloft like “yes let me charge at those death eaters”. i just started really really thinking about it, and how i’d have to be saving someone i really really loved and who wasn’t capable of defending themselves
