i would be very careful with ib. my school requires it and has no option for ap, so i was forced to take it. you have to manage your time as well as you can (especially for things like the iop) and you have to know how to memorise because you will be taking many many hours of exams, and it will cover a lot of subject matter. also, practise essay writing. if you go to a majority ib school, use the resources at school as much as possible. if you go to mostly ap or a levels school, internet helps!!

(2) ib is filled with facts and you're going to learn and forget a lot. what you have to take away is the strategy. memorise for multiple choice and large exams, but for actual class work, make sure you're paying attention to the techniques they teach you. ib is rigorous and there are fewer resources for it, so use whatever you can. ib studyblrs like mine (stvvdyy, shameless plug lmao but i have an ib tag) share a lot of resources, so follow as many as you can!! you got this.
