3, 5, 16, 28 (for sterek in don't know what i'm supposed to do (haunted by the ghost of you))
(05 was already done, so Kat requested 13 instead.)
03. Do you write fics from start or finish, or jump around?
Start to finish for the most part, with the occasional jump to an out of order scene if I get a major shot of inspo or something. But I always find that - for me - I keep tone so much easier by writing in order.
13. Is there a trope you wouldn’t write if it was the last trope on earth?
DEREK CHEATS ON STILES.
Derek would never cheat on Stiles. Never. Why is this even a thing that became a thing? I don’t understand.
(Also I detest infidelity in general. Detest it.)
16. What is your most underrated fic?
This is hard because I do feel like I get nice engagement, so it’s not like anything I write is ignored or anything like that but if pressed I’d probably say one in the Suits fandom - finding the way. I love it, but it’s one of those quiet, domestic Thanksgiving fics where not a lot happens other than feelings (I’ve done that twice - I maintain Thanksgiving is a great background for fic - such an opportunity for pathos, friends) and those don’t always get the most clicks.
28. In [don’t know what i’m supposed to do (haunted by the ghost of you)], what is a happy, post-fic headcanon you have about [Derek and Stiles]?
I have a bunch of little soft feelings: like Derek asking for Zeke’s opinion too before he and Stiles buy a place together because ‘it’s going to be your home too’. Or Zeke’s picture always being in a place of honor, so that when Stiles and Derek have kids, they grow up knowing Uncle Zeke, they grow up knowing he’s there but only Daddy can see him. But they talk to him anyway, constantly, totally undeterred by the fact that they can’t hear him. They know he’s there, and that’s what matters. He’s never invisible to any of them.
