Persuing Money or Upgrading the skill

This is my worry now.. Among chasing money, or upgrading my skill. My aim is happy with my family and the job passionating for me. Family is number one. My carrier is just a tool to make happy. But it is not easy to create ideal condition. Seeking money is a responsible. Building good family need money. I attempt to manage my mind to get how and what should to do. Have You same worrying as me?
