Finished the Unhoneymooners and had things to say that I couldn’t just put in the tags. Loved this book up until exactly page 299 (yes, was very frustrated so I remembered the exact page). Ami accusing her twin sister of being a psycho because she didn’t want to believe her husband was a cheater?? Ethan (1) telling Olive to keep the fact that her sister’s husband is a piece of shit person from said sister, (2) saying Olive was jealous of Ami’s life, (3) trying to convince her into believing sleazy Dane didn’t hit on her even though he knows exactly whom his brother is (just nasty). And yet Olive just takes all of this because she’s loyal to a fault?? Then she takes back Ethan after he breaks up with her after he chose his brother over her??? And the “apology” was so corny. *Tomatoes, tomatoes* 🍅🍅 Something’s are just irredeemable and those things were imo. And it pained me too because up until that pivot, the book was so good? Dammit.
