steady was just live on ig! i've never caught one of his broadcasts before.. turns out he talks very fast 😭 I missed a lot of what he said to be honest.
he also had his camera off the whole time, so i couldn't read his lips or expression or gestures, and those are all things that I rely on a lot, normally, to help me make up for what I can't understand straight away just by listening alone. Obviously, you also cant play a live broadcast back, and i don't have the phone storage space to record 🥲 so. alas
...but anyway, i DID catch a few juicy items, including a little bit of beatbox tea 👀
kbc came up and gbb did as well, he said he's practicing hard for gbb and extremely busy because of it
someone asked about what wing said on mbc, and steady was pretty gracious about it considering they kinda made him out to be the villain on that program 😅 he said he gets why they framed it like that considering it was for tv, and he said "i mean, its not like they said anything that wasn't true." I will say, though, he also made it sound like wing didn't exactly talk to steady about it ahead of time, either...😓 (but don't quote me (and definitely don't quote steady) on that, it's just my subjective reading of what it seemed (to me!) like he was implying.)

also, steady mentioned that the new repertoire he used at kbc against poem was actually material he specifically came up with to use against huckle, but got matched against poem from the very first bracket and had to change all his plans 👀👀
i thought that was SO interesting because huckle went live a couple weeks ago, and he also said when he went up against steady in the semis, he was forced to use his strongest routines to beat steady even though huckle's original plan was to save that material for the final.
