"What the Heart Sees" by KC Luck. 4 years ago Sage Montgomery and her parnets were involved in a fatal car accident, which only she survived, but she did loose her eyesite. She inherited her family's ranch, but lost her carrear as an artist, and finds the ranch is in severe money troubles.. Julie Aspen, a financial expert in NYC, her firm gets into trouble when it is discovered someone has been embezelling funds. And she has a father in a senior care facility that wants him out, which takes her broke and to Oregon. Maybe to rase money to care for her father the sale of his property, next to the Montgomery ranch could be sold. Thus starts a relationship between the two, escepically when Sage discovers that Julie used to be her mother's best friend. Interesting book, keeps you wondering how the two women, from different sides of the country might solve their problems. Ps, it is a age difference romance too.
