Still not over the fact one week ago, at this moment, I was in LA, at Kcon 2022 Thru this experience, I finally got to go to my 1st live kpop Audition, an opportunity I always wanted ever since 2009. I trained 13years for this In fact, being a kpop idol was the only reason I started breaking in the first place. I started dancing doing kpop choreo, because I got inspired by Sorry Sorry (Super Junior). After performing in the center of the school yard during International Food Day in freshman year at Albany High School, I learned how much I loved performing, being the center, entertainment, the stage. I learned breaking to stand out. On 8/1, I Won the zionmarket raffle. Original plan was just to chill, visit LA friends, & maybe get scouted like amber bcuz hkers from LateDAO think I'm hk-style Amber. Then I found out thru IG wakeone is holding auditions. u know what? Might as well cut out the middle-man & go straight to the source to the casting director. Last month, After not making top4 in LateDAO bcuz of NFT voting (ty to all my global fans), this was like a 2nd chance. Seriously, if there wasn't NFT requirement, I'm sure I'd be in top4 of LateDAO; I have global support + OG support, vs 99% LateDAO contestants only had hk fans + a hk celeb says she says I'm most unique & memorable. Funny thing, I realized I packed the same outfit as Amber but I didn't wanna wear it to the con, I wanted to save it for hanging out afterwards.
