Rewatched 'Rose' yesterday. Recognised so much (little gestures and such) as carved in my very soul - but still felt really foreign as well. Damn! The quality of the image and the - SOUND EDITING. Maybe it was the speakers but it was not good!!!
Do remember thinking the episode ended pretty sillily. That's not a word. I am NOT going to rewatch the rest. Because it does do a bit of an overwrite even if I can't actually judge it much because all I do is feel nostalgic.
Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper do knock it out of the park. Still feels fresh, dynamic. Spark. Clash.
