Ok so. I'm not a spiritual person. Mostly bc i just... Don't believe in that stuff? It just doesn't make sense to me. There's also that I'm not sure *what* spirituality means bc that's different things to different ppl (from spirituality being their religious beliefs and those relationships, to the stuff with rocks or zodiac signs) (i do hope I'm not coming off as dismissive. I do try to not over step in that stuff, i just don't know what exactly that entails so I'm not sure how to talk about it). Since idk exactly what spirituality means, I'm probably off, but as i personally understand it, it's a bit a connection to others or other stuff? And a bit of having a soul and wanting to nurture it? And the first i don't mind, even if i don't particularly care for an spiritual connection to my surroundings, but the second does make me uncomfortable. I enjoy not feeling the need to worry about my soul now or after i die. It's liberating to me, being free to be myself on this earth as i wish to without any apprehension of what could happen to any soul i might have

hey! ok so. i don’t consider myself v spiritual but i probably am more than i think. i have a ritual(ish) and follow a couple accounts that do tarot & general spirituality/introspection stuff and i trust them, i feel like their discourse aligns w me and is ultimately good for the soul. i used to follow more witchcraft etc. accounts but they often gave that whiff of. white? (i’m also white but idk doesn’t sit right). like weirdly gatekeepy, threefold stuff… i’m technically catholic and i think my spirituality and aversion to spiritual stuff is very much from and against it. anyways! fun question to ponder, can’t wait for the vid! (except i can, take ur time ✨✨)

For ur parasocial question: V basic but when ppl say stuff like "today we're going to talk about" so like including the audience/talking like you're friends, especially inviting ppl to like get themselves some tea or a different cozy beverage and get comfy for longer videos Also i personally really love when youtubers have a signature lil thing they say at the start or end of every video (though it may take time to figure out what you wanna say/curate it obvs) for instance Khadija Mbowe says something along the lines of "hello nieces nephews and niblings and hello to my fellow aunties uncles and piblings welcome back to my channel, if youre new here take a look around sus out the vibe" (etc) but also doing a lil cold open ish thing before the signature thing (some ppl do a lil joke skit/say a joke, some ppl just have a v unscripted getting settled into their space moment, i like both)
