"The Last of the Real Ones" by Fall Out Boy makes me think of your Steve/Loki - especially RTC

went to go listen (and look at the lyrics) and oh yeah I can definitely see this one as a Steve/Loki, especially the way that Loki tends to put Steve on a pedestal at times. but especially this bit:

oh but also:

When you said "escalated to almost an art" was horrifying porn, I wasn't entirely sure what you meant. Then I started to read it thinking "it can't be that bad right...?" It was exactly that bad. Oh my god. "Horrifying porn" is a very apt description. Holy cow what a wonderfully written piece. So messed up and so well done

I feel like “horrifying porn” is my favorite underwritten genre. I mean, there’s definitely some of it out there, but there can always be more. (I definitely write it. And have written it. A lot.)

I mean, I feel like I wasn’t expecting that fic to go as dark as it did? Like I said in the author’s notes, I had a vague plan for the fic that was always going to be, like, mildly fucked up, but then it just kept getting nastier and, whoops, here we are.

Yeah, I saw them on there. I haven’t dealt with it yet because I am...lazy and tired and stressed, but I am aware and it’s on my to-do list. Thanks for looking out for me, though!
