When you are in love, you care about yourself and you care of everyone around you, you are amazing and you should always remember to extend your caring hand because you are a gift and you can never go wrong, you will always be the product of good company.
When you are kind, you illuminate the world with your kindness and with your warmth, you create a comfortable surrounding for everybody around you, and the universe in turn makes you comfortable with this occurrence of comfortableness as it shows you that calm feeling in comfort, therefore you should always give because there is no pain in this act.
PTSD for me at the moment is like, traveling a long country road and suddenly its dark, you've brought lights with you, only to find they aren't working and now you've got to choose from one of the 3 fs (fight, flight or freeze) there isn't anything to fight, you cant see to flight, so freeze is the only option, freeze and hope the sun comes up soon or the lights start to work.
