GOOD THING IS COMING
This week was our technopreneurship pitching competition which is the elimination round we will pitch with our product in front of the selected panels of judges with various background related to business management and tech. Entrepreneurship. Ms. Danica and Ms. Schaine took the stage and delivered our work, each of the team gets jittery in front of so many people and to the panels especially their questions.
After we pitch they gave their good comments and they questioned us regarding to our revenue and we explained and show some example on how we get money from customers. They also gave suggestions: First, if we want to get more money from meat suppliers we can use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) type which a technique used to increase the amount of visitor to a website by obtaining a high-ranking placement in the search result page of a search engine, whoever the seller wants to be on top on the search result will pay more and will assure that their product will be sold easily but still, the seller will be anonymous they’re only be on top of search results nothing else. Second, we should consider the part of household since this will possible that they want to order from us we must lower the charge if they order 5kls or less, the charge will vary the order.
The team will have to discuss on what they’ve suggest to us this was very helpful to improve in our system. The team also preparing another pitching competition because the team has a chance to qualify in DICT PSC 2017, our system is road to market it means that we help out farmers or meat producer to sell their produce fast and directly to the customer without the “middle person”. And also, a potential adopter has been interested in our business and has planned on meeting that would be a 2nd meeting we are all excited to meet him again but a little bit scary if we failed him. I know we know that we can do this and good thing keep happening.
