i got you my copy of the little prince. i told you to read it, remember? but we haven’t watched the movie yet. read it after and tell me which is better: the book or the movie.
i got you food too.. not exactly a good.. christmas present, but i ran out of ideas. we did say we’ll get japanese food together someday, so i suppose you can just imagine me eating beside you.. or something.. let it be an imagination for now. i’ll save up so we can eat together.

trying to get into the christmas spirit, ひでじ
[ ` her happiness refuse to remain in check and a bright beam sprawls against her features at the sight of presents--- fingers reach out for the obviously wrapped bento box, her eyes growing wide as she feels her mouth water at the thought of its sight. is she really that hungry? probably. in fact, when is she not hungry? the aroma furthermore excites her as she tries to enter her apartment code with her other hand, licking her lower lip in anticipation as she eyes the other parcel below her. she takes a long whiff of the food and accidentally knocks the note from it’s place, yelping as she struggles to kick the door open. quick to set aside her stuff to pick up the second present and the note, curiosity unfolding with the letter. she finds herself smiling to herself as she reads it out loud, eyeing the bento box once more before opening it to grab a bite. leave it to this nerd to give a book quiz. fishing out for her phone, she quickly scrolls through her inbox and composes a thank you message for hideji, reaching out impatiently for the food before she can even hit send. it isn’t until a few minutes later as she’s stuffing her mouth with the bento’s content that she realizes there’s one more she has to open, leaping excitedly to find a copy of ‘the little prince’ ]
