#KeepWalkingHoshinoSensei I have to admit, I found D.GrayMan by accident, back in 2010 when I was in seventh grade. I remember being on the Anime News Network website at the time, looking through another anime when I saw a small trailer of D.GrayMan on the side. I was fascinated by it and I remember calling my brother to show him this awesome anime trailer that I had found. I remember being awed by how beautiful the story was brought and how the characters were portrayed. I loved how Lenalee was strong and brave and powerful, instead of being a useless cry baby like most female characters were in animes. I loved that no matter how special Allen was, he was still a normal person with flaws like the others, rather than being over powered and perfect. From the tragedies to those few times where we get to see them laugh and have fun in the Order everything about the show was surreal, fun and beautiful. I started reading the manga much later and I was surprised and saddened to find that Hoshino sensei had stopped writing. Even though the hiatus went on for two years, I didn't want to accept that my favorite series was over. I believed that it would continue. Sensei had been sick before but still she got up and started drawing, so I solely believed that she could do it again, no matter how long it took. When I saw that she had made an Instagram account I was so happy cause it felt like I was finally close to her. To be able to see her posts always put a smile on my face. I just want to say like everyone else, that I really hope Sensei will do okay. Please keep walking Sensei! We're all here to support you!!
