I’m reading The Halfling Saga right now and it is absolutely criminal that I can’t find fanart anywhere. There is so much potential for beautiful art to come out of this story.
oh man this blog has been gathering dust.. anyway hey do you guys wanna know about sandra’s toic yuri ex? she’s super evil and fucked up but also really pretty
uuuuh anyway here’s what i have about them in my oc lore bible teehee!
sandra’s family’s too busy focusing on eldest and youngest that sandra never got too much attention so they look for it n she finds it in keera. this stinky rotten oh so sweet love. that they have to sit and obey and jump through hoops to get. oh but when they win matches together and keera rewards her. oh cod it’s just so. So addicting. “i don’t care if you don’t mean it, please just say you love me”
ok so when keera and sandra start dating. they're like microcelebrities in local pro turf circles. the princess and her knight is what they're called. upcoming prodigies in the turf scene. the princess with sharp eyes that track the enemies' every move and an even sharper brain to plan and strategize on the spot, and her unbending knight able to outmanuever any opponent, always referred to as her knight, never their own character. they plow their way through matches, making their way up the ranks. they do lots of duo league together for their sponsorships n almost always go on win streaks. and when they dont,, well. teehee
she keeps sandra in line with little flicks to the forehead n pulls on the ear. also at the start of their relationship she’d playfully punch sandra in the shoulder but as time went on she’d start putting like, genuine force behind the punches whenever she was pissed about something, even if it wasn’t sandra she was mad at. and sandra just got used to it, they’d wear longsleeves to hide whenever it bruised so that their public power couple image wouldn’t be destroyed.
sandra wears glasses, she kinda needs them to see ghksjfg but they can survive without it. she used to wear them all the time before her pro turf days, up until they were dating keera. one time the two were on a date and keera nonchalantly mentions that sandra looks better without the glasses (she actually mentions is bc she thinks the glasses messes with their whole aesthetic as a couple hskjgf), so they slowly stop wearing the glasses when they don’t really need it, which is really most of the time when they aren’t reading hskjdfg. that’s why sandra doesn’t wear their glasses a lot even after she breaks up with keera.
kelpshot (one of their other turf teammates) drags sandra out of the relationship n tries to talk some sense into her but she just doesn't get it. and it becomes this whole issue within their team. and just out of nowhere a switch flips and keera is uninterested. there's drama now so she needs to find a new plaything. so she just up n leaves. it takes Forever for sandra to get over it. how could she just leave them like that? a princess needs a knight by her side at all times doesn’t she? who were they supposed to follow now?
