Update
After months of hard work, Keimen Book 1 is finally done! I cannot contain myself right now...
Today I’m showing a major character named Laria. She’s a self-confident, exuberant snow leopard who loves adventure and meeting new people.
This here is Lawson. He’s one of many supporting characters that will be in the story. Some say he's reliable and has a good sense of humor.
Keimen Story Snippet
He blinked out of his gaze, quickly standing up and turning around, curious as to what he had just heard. It was much darker in the forest since he first sat down. When communicating with his subconscious, time always got away from him. Kimor suddenly shivered, noticing how much colder it was now. “Hello?" He walked around the log, his eyes darting back and forth around the area. ”Anyone there?" he asked, and to his dismay, there was no reply. A tense cord crept straight up his spine as he wandered about the forest. He had only meant to stay there a short time. Surely his parents would question him when he returned. But, it wasn't time to think about that, he thought nervously, shaking the distractions out of his head. Maybe no one was really there. That, or maybe his senses were playing tricks on him. He didn't know...he couldn't think straight right now. The usually quiet, relaxing sound of branches rustling, and leaves blowing only added to his unwavering anxiety. He slowly trekked through the forest, his heart rate increasing with every step he took. The wolf was so nervous he was now kicking himself for staying out so long, believing that he's possibly gone mad. But once more his ear twitched, and this time the sound was much closer! He quickly hid behind a nearby tree and saw a figure producing a faint light a couple of meters ahead, breathing deeply as it moved around at a rather sluggish pace. For a second, he thought it was someone from the village, but his heart leaped into his throat when the creature’s skinny frame finally came into view. Its hollow face, glowing eyes, and sharp claws were unmistakable.
