 ron is the outlier here so I'll start with him. he's a Chinese utau released in 2010. he has his model number (17) written on his left arm. he's matsudappoiyos best friend apparently

 hoshino fumika is a windows 100% utau. she's voiced by Hirano fumi. she was sold with the July 2012 edition of windows 100% but can also be bought with the windows 100% utau perfect master magazine 

 maita is also a windows 100% utau. shes voiced by Mai kadowaki. ermm fuck i just checked her vocal synth fandom wiki page and she may have actually been released in December ?? check back with me then, I'll just post her again or smthing (sorry !)
