What a Tease

Blessed by the lovely @imagine-creative and her feral energy~

Even has taken his habit of teasing a bit too far, making a nuisance of himself by keeping Lottie's tools away from her. Fool that he is, he thought his height would dissuade her. Little did he suspect that Lottie is part spider monkey and he makes a damn good tree--she even managed to tie him up! He's impressed for sure.

And maybe a bit annoyed he underestimated her...

He won't make the same mistake twice (a different mistake, sure, but not the same one). Lottie has earned some of his respect, enough that he didn't want to ruin her nice bandana after a properly earned victory. That would make him a poor sport~

A Moment To Think

Comic style experiment to see how it looks as a page. Decided after some discussion with my bestie that I should tone down the rendering as much as I can if I don't want to go crazy or burn out anyone's eyeballs. Not sure how that will look or if I'll end up doing this anyway because I'm a masochist for some reason but I can't relent on the use of color by going to black and white.

Color is so, so important in subtle ways in this world that not using it is a disservice to the story and Azil itself 😔

Anyway, enjoy the Event angst, I'm sure he's fine.
