That is genuinely one of my favorite scenes 😭💖

And the couch pat!! It wasn't even a grand romantic gesture, just this tiny, instinctive "come here" moment that somehow says absolutely everything. Peak Stellaride moment 🥹

lmao for as strong as kelly was for the first few seasons, and he mostly is, it's really compelling to see how different he can be around stella in private. it's what makes stellaride so special as a ship (to me at least).

this episode showed that really well because even though kelly stayed strong to keep stella safe through the honeymoon attack, his walls completely fell once they were back in the loft, and all he wanted to do was fall into her arms, she's his safe space, always. something that only happens when it's just the two of them.
