And we are left standing || Imogen & Kelly
Imogen had heard the other day that Sophie's parents were looking for her (her dad seemed to be asking everyone he passed in the street) but she thought she'd just skipped town or was hiding at Liam's to freak her dad out.. revenge or something like that. Would make sense, right? Sophie had a temper and she seemed to hold grudges for a long time. Imogen had had a lot of other stuff on her mind. Brooke, Megan, hiding the fact she'd done pot with Ruby, certain other things... it made her feel kind of bad to realise that she hadn't paid any attention to Sophie. Tried to call her or something. Had anyone else? Her friend was clearly upset about something, why else would she disappear like that? Maybe she should call her now. Imogen reached over to her bedside table, picking up her phone and sliding her finger across the screen. She frowned when she noticed she had a text. Her phone must be on silent. -A. Imogen shivered and thought about just deleting the message without bothering to read it. Her curiosity got the better of her though and she opened the text, jumping up from the bed a few seconds later. A picture message. An image of... Sophie? walking into the woods, dead of night. Sent an hour ago. "She should have known it was dangerous in there. -A" Was that a threat?! Was that taken tonight? Imogen didn't know, it could have been tonight or it could have been a week ago. She shouldn't have had her phone on silent! Imogen was feeling panicky as she rushed from the room. SOS. She sent the message out to both Kelly and Ruby as she grabbed her jacket, rushing from the house without even shouting a goodbye. Hopefully nobody would realise she was gone or anything. She glanced at Brooke's house across the street as she set off through the dark, hoping the older woman didn't see her leave. It was really late and she could do without any questions. By the time she reached the park, she instantly caught sight of Kelly waiting for her. Was Ruby coming? Maybe she hadn't gotten the message. Whatever, there wasn't really any time to worry about it. "Sophie's in trouble!" She managed, breathlessly once she reached Kelly, not bothering with hello as she thrust her phone at the her friend so she could read the message and then turned around and started down the road that would lead them towards the forest.
