It means they're in a place of growth. When we stick to only what we know we get stuck there and never excel. When you're satisfied- that's when your skills start to decay. Please go for that crazy idea, that ambitious plan, that someday-dream. And don't be sad when you experience sprinkles of failure. It's not the end of the story. Failing is proof you're trying. .
