Miss Kelly, Queen of production. . We are often asked by visitors in the gallery “how can I tell the difference between what Kelly makes and what Adam makes?“… And the truth is that after 15 years together and sharing various studio spaces, the boundaries between our creative processes have blurred considerably… It’s something that we are mostly not even concerned with. However, the easiest way to tell our work from each other is this… Anything that you see a stack of is probably rolling from Kelly‘s side of the operation. She has the patience for production and alas, I do not. Many of our production items have a combination of our two design influences, some just hers, some just mine... but if there are hundreds of them being made each year, you can bet that Kelly and her staff are all over it. Which frees my world up for making the weird stuff… Amazingly these two philosophies can balance and coexist in the same space.
