昨日は寒かったので、あったかい梅酒をだるまさんの湯呑みに1杯、ゆっくり飲んで寝た。この調子でいくとかなりうまくお酒と距離を置くことができそうだ。

って、そんな大量に飲んでるわけでもないんだけど。

どうしてこんなにお酒と距離を置きたいかというと、先月某日、緊張感のある状態で飲んで変な酔い方をしてしまい、とても大切な人に本心とは違うこと(傷つけるような言葉ではないけどかわいくないこと)を言ってしまったから。

健康を損なうか大切なものを失うかしてからでは遅いので、若い頃と違う酔い方をしたり、適量が変わったと思ったら、きちんとコントロールできる自分でいたい。羽目を外す時があってもいいけど、後悔するようなことにならないように。

今週は親友とウォーキングして素敵なパン屋さんで朝食をとる予定がある。スニーカー履いて、動きやすいけど街歩きもできるカジュアルな服装で行こうね、って決めているので、お気に入りのリュックに合わせて服装を考える。たのしみ。

“Do I really like hiking?” Is my reasoning for carrying my Nike gym backpack with me on the trail. I definitely love hiking so today I got my first pack! It’s a @keltybuilt Redwing 50! Tried it on at the Tacoma @rei and drove up to get the last one in a different color from the Seattle store. So excited for new adventures!
