the names usually don't mean anything. mostly, it's misheard japanese lyrics that i chose to name a city. i chose these names like 4 years ago and i was crazy then
about the routes that are not 10, 20 and 30, they are minor roads that lead to other cities as well! just not as big as the other roads. the territory outside the cities are called the "outside cities". what clever naming!
Vera Allo!
She's a member of the YCA (YonakaCycle Administration), which is the highest-ranking department in the YCA. She does things like hiring and firing employees, assigning people to different departments, and announcing policies and rules.
Vera can level buildings with her bare hands, and has a lot of control over time. She's considered one of the most powerful people in Mochato, on par with The Gravekeeper, who is a Spirit Assistant of the city of Souls.
Many people are terrified of her, but she just comes to visit. She enjoys pastries, so Kikyo often invites her to Cinnami's Diner.
Cinnami BonBon owns a diner in Wissenstraum, the city of Knowledge. There have been some rumors as to why nobody ever fights in her diner.
