CHiRAL BEST Nitro+CHiRAL 10th Anniversary (2015)

I was just about over the moon to pick up a sealed (!) copy of this set earlier this year, so I'm happy to finally be able to share it with you all. While it doesn't have every song, it does contain a good selection from the soundtracks for TnC, Lamento, sweet pool, DMMd, & re:code. My fave bit might be Disc 3, which includes Japanese versions of a few of the songs that were originally sung in English!

It was one of Yindi’s favorite pastimes — visiting her favorite grump out of nowhere and dragging him out of the house to go on some random adventure that’s sparked her fancy. She was convinced he’d know next to nothing about the city he’d lived in for the past year if it wasn’t for her attaching herself to his hip like a sentient, life-sized Tamagotchi. The way to his place was like a muscle memory at this point and she strode confidently up to his door as if it were her own, knocking in her usual quick succession of four. Before the door had even fully opened she strolled in and chimed up, “I’ll give you three chances to guess where we’re going today. You’re not busy right? If you are, whatever you were doing will have to wait. Places to go, things to see after all.” In her time knowing him she’d found that the best way to be his friend is not to give him an option to the contrary. Taking him fun places also never hurt.

THE CHiRAL NIGHT -meets sweet pool- Live at Akasaka BLITZ [2009.03.14]

Today marks the 15th (!) anniversary of this event, so I figure it's the perfect day to post it. Though sweet pool is in the title, there's a lot of fun Togainu no Chi & Lamento content in this one. I'm a big fan of the live reading segments with some of the voice actors! THE CHiRAL NIGHT events are always so enjoyable for me to watch, so I hope you like it too.

Throwback Thursday ＞ -fragment- sweet pool original soundtrack (2009)

Another Nitro+CHiRAL game with a long history! Those of you who have seen THE CHiRAL NIGHT are no doubt already familiar with some of these songs, but I thought it would be worth posting the official recordings as well. (Sorry that I can't provide the booklet for this one — the CDs I have came with the sweet pool Limited Edition set from J-List, not the stand-alone release.)
