It was inevitable, but I just found out my great Uncle Ted has coronavirus back in Arkansas and they very little resources out there. As he was a family physician for years, it’s a bit hard to get him to follow other doctors’ advice. He’ll be 90 next month and used to run the Western United States 100 mile race. He finished twice in the top ten for his age group and has the big silver belt buckle to prove it. Since retiring he has taken up writing books based on his life growing up in West Virginia. The pic is one of his books and he uses his legal name of Juneus, but he’ll always be Uncle Ted to me. He was the only doctor who I allow to give me shots when I was a kid.
