HSGD Day 25 - Allowance 1000 calories
Breakfast: -Cappuccino+brioche 250cals Lunch: -Focaccia with tomatoes 300cals -Coffee 30cals Afternoon snack: -Cereal+Milk 180cals -1Banana Dinner: -Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions 160cals -Scamorza 90cals -Salad -2 apricots -Packed snack 98cals Total: 1108 calories
These days I've been eating really badly so I couldn't keep up with my HSGD sorry :(
