I drew this for the banner that goes along with my friend @usernamemybeloathed's fic Pisces Rising! It's Kent/Alex and Kent is... very unwell from PTSD and becomes a little bit obsessed. He knows what he's doing is wrong but he can't stop himself :')

It's so very very good, I've read a bit more beyond what's currently available and it made me so insane (pos) I drew some other fanart of it as well :') It is hauntingly tragic and so fucking beautiful. If you like fics that hurt you please read this one!!

Also please appreciate the arm veins, I literally pulled up medical diagrams to figure out where they go lmao

When did it all get so mechanical? Like one of those cheap wind up toys, the gears would turn, and Kent would lurch in the direction he was pointed in. Till he ran out of energy, hit a wall or something. Stop, wind, point, turn, do the whole thing again in a different direction. Designed to do one thing and one thing only. When would he stop feeling so fundamentally broken?
