After all the knights of the apocalipse (the "elite" of the black saints title) are defeated, the 4 bronze saints confront Ikki and Hyoga somehow (to this day it still makes no sense to me) reflects the phantom phoenix fist back to him, making Ikki have a nightmare about his black saints betraying him.

What made him think they were loyal to him, aren't they like the opposite of god's saint???
