A/n: hello everyone! I haven’t posted a headcanon or anything in six day… eh hem I apologize for that. I found this in my drafts and decided to finish it, because I had no clue what else to write :’). I really wanna write for inazuma characters but we don’t know too much about them so that’s kinda difficult. So I’ll settle for keqing, I’m not really settling though cause I really like her! So I hope you enjoy and take care of yourself! <3
Keqing doesn’t take note of anything or anyone that she doesn’t deem important to her. So the fact that she took note of you was odd, and I think shows how important you are to her.
I think keqing is someone who’s trust is difficult to gain, especially if you’re someone who’s nice to everyone. She’ll think you’re being nice cause that’s just your nature, and it’d take longer for her to start to consider you a friend let alone have feelings for you.
Once she does have feelings for you though I think she’d be obvious, but also… not. Keqing is a confident person no doubt but around you she becomes more shy and defensive. For example, if you call her out in seeming more shy than usual she will deny that claim until you let it go, seeming almost outraged and embarrassed.
A big way keqing shows she likes you, and trusts you is by having you near her. Keqing values her time. And when she gives you that time it is a blessing, her attention will be mainly in you, or if she’s working she will ask you to help her, and talk to you as she works. All that she asks for in return is your company.
I believe keqing is the type of person to ask you out to dinner a lot, claiming it to be as friends but also wishing that it was a date. She won’t say that though. She’s too prideful.
Speaking of prideful! Because keeping is slightly obvious with her feelings for you I wouldn’t be surprised if you caught onto her. Her response would probably be something rude like “no? Why would I ever like you that way.” Acting as though she’s too good for you, due to her pride. She doesn’t mean any of it, she does have feelings for you, but she doesn’t express them well, which causes you high a headache.
I think her saying something rude ties into her confession, she’d apologize for what she said and say that she actually does really like you but didn’t know how to say that at the time. It’s an apology and a confession, and she’ll say that she hopes you’ll join her for dinner, but this time for a date. (I love keqing so much if you don’t say yes to her I will)
