Its from a sketch comedy TV show the State that ran on MTV in the 1990s. They do a lot of random sketches, and I think its just a parody of 70s TV shows, plus all those men happen to be those things. But if you want to check the show out further, I would go to kerrikenney, which is a State based blog.

I wish it was a real TV show though too :(
