Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons butter, melted. 3 large eggs. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional, for topping.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a bun shape. Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each bun. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
