Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon juiced and zested. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Use salt and pepper to season the salmon fillets with. Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Add the lemon juice and zest and mix well. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the salmon fillets. Put the salmon fillets on a plate and cover them with blue cheese sauce. Put the salmon in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it's fully cooked and flaky. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
