Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup low-carb marinara sauce. 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni slices. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Stir in shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spread marinara sauce over the top of the baked eggs. Sprinkle with chopped pepperoni slices and sliced black olives. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until toppings are heated through. Slice and serve hot.
