9 of Pentacles.

Greek Mythology reference: Daedalus looking smug over a stack of pentacles. Like seriously he just looks like, "mm yes I have gotten this bread."

So after a time of gambling something (usually money as this is pentacles, but also not necessarily the case) you have regained / gotten even more money from the risks that you took. You also did it all on your own. There's definitely a feeling of "you did this," "you earned this" from this card. Like you alone earned the benefits of this richness that you're feeling right now. "There is a period where one may be justifiably pleased with oneself and with what one has been able to achieve. There's often a strong sense of solid identity, a feeling of one's unique abilities and the worth of one's life. This is not inflated, but based on a realistic appreciation of one's skills." So you're not like being a cocky dick you are just valuing yourself and what you've achieved / earned.

I! LOVE! IT! When cards fall out of the deck and I put them back and they come back like "*banging pots and pans*"

Wind (subtitle: Activation)

This card mostly talks about the power that wind has. It can push wind turbines! Or it can simply pollinate flowers and tickle our arm hairs. Or, it can be stagnant, and feel heavy and thick all around us.

"No matter the degree of intensity, wind will activate Us. In this image the breath of the god of wind stirs the sea and rearranges the sky. As this occurs, the weather shifts. The effects, even in this small area, send ripples throughout, blending and dancing with the water and the sky. It activates the atmosphere in the world feels more alive when there is wind."

The way that this card is reading to me is that you might feel stagnant or lethargic in some way right now. And that you need something to activate you. Something like a creative endeavor or something that reinvigorates you.

"Now is the time for action. Engage in some activity and be fully present so that you forget about your surroundings and enter into that timeless and multi-dimensional experience of Union with the focus of your creative intention. Let your physical body be active -- movement alone whether quietly dancing by yourself -- or hiking up that hill over yonder will require you to be as present as possible in your body."

Sounds like you need a kick in the tail of sorts.

I ended up using my Earth Magic oracle deck for you!

I drew Desert (subtitle: Vision Quest)

I am not gonna fucking lie to you here. In me reading this cards description of desert to vision quest shit it is basically like All That Hard Glossy Armor. Like seriously:

"The desert is an ideal place to seek a vision or, more accurately, to allow a vision to come to you. The quiet and peace of such an environment is conductive to the solitude required to have this type of profound experience. Spending time in this region without the usual accoutrements of the civilized world can present survival challenges or at least seem to. And this could rightfully be called a spirit quest, where through steadiness in this seemingly bleak environment, it becomes possible to receive direct guidance from Spirit internally and in the world around you."

Like seriously it sounds like whoever your Lizard Eliot may be is gonna pop up and take on some peyote-induced trip through the dunes.

Except that's just taking the card at face-value and an oddly Magicians angle.

It goes on to say "it is time for you to go on a Vision Quest. Designate a place in Nature in which to dwell, whether for a couple of hours or a few days. Spend the majority of your time while they're praying and meditating. It is best to be in a location where you can truly find Solitude, even if it is just a quiet corner of a park for an afternoon. Wherever you go, take your question, concern, or challenge with you into prayer or meditation allow it to float around in your Consciousness and watch what shows up."

Also I'm not sure why but for some reason there's also a line in here that says "the desert does not lie" and I'm not sure why, but I really feel like that needs to be said for some reason even though it's not part of one of the sentences that I quoted.

My weird deck came out for you. AKA Celtic Tree Oracle.

I drew 23. Uilleand Honeysuckle

So in me reading this card it mostly talks about hidden secrets within ourselves that we are meant to discover. Some of the descriptions heavily remind me of episode 4 of season 1. Specifically, Quentin's need to get himself out of his dream trap after Penny shows Quentin that he is control.

"Discovery is emphasized. Be willing to learn about and explore your own inner world. See yourself as an archaeologist, investigating the layers of your own inner world. There is much hidden treasure to find there. Although you may dig up hidden things that disturb you, you also bring light into the dark hidden places, and light brings the healing. You also reconnect with your own gifts and talents and Empower your own expression."

It also brings up that you may be needing to be the light for others. Like you are supposed to be helping other people in their Journey To Figure themselves out. In a way kind of like what I am doing right now.

"Light and love encourage the healthy patterns within your genes to be activated. Learn to apply positive thoughts, feelings, and actions to old habits of negativity. Become responsible for creating an environment of joy and health."

Oh okay.

The Tower.

So The Tower is one of Those Cards. One of of the ones that immediately result in an eye roll and a groan. Basically most people do not like this card. However, I will say, that this card does suit you in my opinion?

The Greek mythology meaning is Poseidon destroying the labyrinth that holds the Minotaur. He's literally destroying one of the only man-made structures that appears in this particular deck -- minus ships there's a lot of ships in this deck.

Which is poignant because the tower is mostly about kind of destroying the structures that we have built around ourselves. Whether that be like society's standards that we've put onto ourselves or others have shoved onto us. Like Eliot and Margo's hard glossy armor type of stuff. It's taking these things that we have put around ourselves or have been put around us by other people outside of us, and destroying them. Just to be our whole authentic self. Which is why I think this card just suits you as a person. Cause you do!!!!!

King of Wands

So each of the Court cards (the Kings, Queens, Knights, and Pages are all different astrological signs. Each of the Wands are a fire sign and the King of Wands happens to be the Aries.

[Also doubly fun fact the throne that he is on in the picture has two ram's heads on it. And literally all I can think of is Ember and Umber because I'm that nerd.]

Basically this card is asking you to sort of be more like an Aries? It brings up the fact of "trying to initiate new ideas and sell those ideas to other people thereby generating change in one's own life, and the immediate environment around them. It is a spirit of leadership, the belief that one has a better idea, which is worth promulgating and working to make manifest." So, trying to be more fiery and passionate and confident is basically what it's saying you need to do to get those results.
